RETURN POLICIES

It is our policy to make sure that every buyer of Contemporary Art by Susan Eichner is completely happy with their artwork purchase.  We are proud to say that we maintain 100% 5-Star Online Ratings and Reviews!  In an effort to always keep clients happy, please contact us immediately upon delivery, should any issue with your new painting arise.

If for some reason, you are not happy with your original painting, you may return it to us within 30 days of shipment receipt for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.


ARCHIVAL PAPER PRINTS/GICLEE PRINTS / CANVAS PRINTS

Since each Giclee Print / Canvas Print is created to order, 100% full refunds can only be given on Print Orders in the rare case of a flaw in the picture or damage to the art - photos of such damage must be provided.  If the customer decides that the ordered print simply is the wrong size, it doesn't match their decor perfectly, or decides on a different piece of art, that is not the responsibility of the Artist Susan Eichner. Your order was made with your intent to keep it and was Custom Printed and Stretched for you. We will, in this case, provide either a full store credit of the price of your print with the return of your print, (which can be used for a future piece of art or an exchange), or you may choose a 50% refund of the purchase price. Both options require the print to be returned. Refunds/exchanges will be issued once the artwork is received back to the studio, is inspected, and is seen to be in the same pristine condition that it was in when it departed the studio. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

In the rare case that you receive an Original Painting that you are not happy with, you may send the Original Painting back for a full 100% refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the painting back to the studio in the same perfect condition it left in. (As of this date of writing it is an honor that no one has EVER wanted to return an Original Painting of Susan’s.) Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

CUSTOM PAINTINGS

50% of the price of commissioned, CUSTOM paintings is considered a non-refundable fee for the artist's time and material costs in creating a piece specific to clients' personal requests.  Images of completed, custom paintings can be emailed out for approval prior to shipping, however, due to the high artwork demand and time constraints, they will be sent only upon client request. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

CANCELATIONS

Order cancelations are only accepted within 2 hours of the order being placed. The processing and shipping wheels begin moving in most cases very quickly and an order can only be canceled within this timeframe.

LOST IN TRANSIT/STOLEN

 Artist Susan Eichner is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking.
